On August 25, 2020, during an online conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Kazakh Republic, organized by the Akzhol democratic party together with the «Alash» Institute, director of the Institute, doctor of historical sciences, professor Z. E. Kabuldinov told about important moments in the history of the creation of the Autonomous Kyrgyz (Kazakh) Soviet Socialist Republic. He noted that during the stay of the capital in Orenburg, the authorities of the Kazakh autonomy resolved a number of issues, including: personnel, regional, the issue of regional administrative subdivision, the issue of the state language, education, and others.
