Ziyabek Ermukhanovich Kabuldinov – Director of the Ch.Ch. Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Akramjon Sultanmuradovich Yuldashev – Rector of Z.M. Babur Andijan State University, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor signed a Memorandum of scientific cooperation.

The parties intend to develop joint scientific projects on the history of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, to participate in the organization of scientific expeditions and conferences, to exchange scientific and technical information. The parties are also interested in expert assessment of specialists on many common problems of the history of fraternal peoples.
