October 6, 2022 Director of the Institute of History and Ethnology. Ch.Ch. Valikhanov, Member of the Presidium, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Z.E. Kabuldinov and adviser to the director, doctor of political sciences, professor took part in the opening of a memorial plaque in honor of Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazakh Soviet historian and party leader Baidabek Akhmetovich Tulepbaev, installed on the facade of a residential building at the intersection of the streets named after D. Kunaev and Kurmangazy, where he lived for many years at the address.

Academician in 1984-1991 headed the Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnography named after Ch. Ch. Valikhanov, and then continued to work as a researcher. The academician has published more than 200 scientific papers, including 9 monographs.
