On November 15, 2022, the Ch.Ch. Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology held a meeting with representatives of the Nazarbayev Center, during which a memorandum of cooperation was signed.

Within the framework of this agreement, the Chairman of the Board of the N.Nazarbayev Center for the Development of Interfaith and Intercivilizational Dialogue Bulat Sergazievich Sarsenbayev and the director of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch.Ch. Valikhanov Ziyabek Ermukhanovich Kabuldinov, recognizing a number of values of achieving the strengthening of national accord between representatives of different cultures and faiths, came to the above agreement.

On the basis of this agreement, the parties cooperate in the following areas:

– Exchange of information and accumulated research materials on the history and theory of religions, religious studies;

– Consideration of the possibilities of involving researchers and employees of the Parties in research projects;

– Creation of conditions and opportunities for researchers and employees of the Parties to exchange experience on the basis of the Center and the Institute;

– Implementation of joint information and image projects to promote the ideas of the Congress of World and Traditional Religions.

The meeting ended with the ceremony of presenting B.S. Sarsenbayev with books published by our Research Institute.
