On November 18, 2022, in the conference hall of the Central Scientific Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, located in the building “Gylym Ordasy”, a meeting of the staff of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch. Ch. Valikhanov with representatives of the Almaty public headquarters to support the candidate for President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The campaigning event was also attended by scientist, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Balykbayev T.O., Professor Kalimoldaev M. N., Doctor of Political Sciences Simtikov Zh.K., deputies of the Maslikhat of Almaty Nabiev A. A., Mukhametgaliev T.A. and others.

During the debate, opinions were expressed on the positive decisions taken by the President in the field of science in recent years, on the preparatory work for the development of a new law, which outlines the task of combining science and technology, put forward in the candidate’s election program.
