On February 3, 2023, the ceremony of awarding the best scientists of the country with prizes in the field of science and holders of state scientific scholarships took place at the RSE “Gylym Ordasy”.

The Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek awarded the director of the Chokan Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Kabuldinov Ziyabek Ermukhanovich with a certificate of awarding the prize “Best Researcher” in 2022, for high achievements in the field of humanities.

In December 2022, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan determined an annual list of the best 50 scientists of the country, among which was the name of the director of our Institute.
