On August 24, 2023, for the first time in Astana, a forum of science and higher education was organized on the topic of human capital development as the basis for the country’s economic growth. The scientific event was organized by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

Within the framework of the forum, the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch. Ch. Valikhanova organized the work of one of the sections – on the preparation for the publication of 7 voluminous academic history of Kazakhstan.

The forum was also attended by employees of the education and science system, heads of universities and research institutes, representatives of public councils, members of the board of directors of universities, a council of young scientists, students, experts and others.
