On March 19, 2025, the Director General of the Chokan Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Ziyabek Kabuldinov, along with the Deputy Director, Candidate of Historical Sciences Zhenis Zh. Zh., held an important meeting with graduates and doctoral students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University—Abdallah Al-Nuaymat (Jordan) and Mubarak Al-Kuwaiti (UAE).

During the meeting, an agreement was reached to appoint these experts as the Institute’s representatives in their respective countries. Discussions also covered the translation of the Institute’s academic works into Arabic, the organization of international conferences, joint projects, and publications within a historical framework.

Special attention was given to the activities of historical research communities in Kazakhstan and the Arab world, as well as plans for the upcoming year.

The Institute of History and Ethnology continues to expand its international partnerships, fostering new opportunities for academic and cultural exchange.
