Biography

Born on May 20, 1976 in the village of Lenino, Sergeyevka district, North Kazakhstan oblast in a family of handymen. In 1993 he graduated from the Lenin Secondary School. Since 1993 he has lived in Petropavlovsk.

– 1998 North Kazakhstan State University, Faculty of History and Philology, specialty “History”, qualified as a teacher of History

2001 graduated from the master’s degree program of the NKSU in the specialty “History, Archeology and Ethnology of Kazakhstan”.

2001-2003 – Postgraduate studies at NKSU

Academic degree: In 2008 he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences on the topic: “Deportations of peoples to Kazakhstan in 1936-1957. (based on the materials of the North Kazakhstan and Kokchetav oblasts)”. Specialty code 070002 Domestic history (history of the Republic of Kazakhstan)
