Biography Born on February 18, 1973 in Makanchi village of Makanchinsky district of Semipalatinsk region. In 1990, she graduated from the M.I. Kalinin School there. Since 1995, he has been living in Almaty.

Academic degree: in 2006, she successfully defended her PhD thesis on the topic: “The campaign against “nationalism” and “cosmopolitanism” in Kazakhstan in the 40-50s of the twentieth century. Scientific supervisor – PhD, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.N. Nurpeisov.
