Biography

Kochiyev Elnur Rafik-Ogli, was born on August 12, 1995 in Talgar, Almaty region.

From September 2012 to April 2013, he studied English at the Educational Center “Study Inn Language School and Professional Development Center” with the results of IELTS 7.0, B1+, Advanced Level.

In September 2013, he entered the University, from which he graduated in June 2017 with a bachelor degree in International Relations with a score of 3.82/4.0 (total score). On June 7, 2017, he was awarded the degree of “Bachelor of Humanities” in the specialty “5B020200 (Language of instruction: English) International Relations”, the series and number of the diploma and diploma appendices in three languages JB-B No. 1250076.

In August 2017, he became the winner of an educational grant at KIMEP University, from which he graduated in January 2019 with a master’s degree in International Relations with a score of 3.95/4.33 (total score). On January 25, 2019, he was awarded the degree of “Master in the specialty 6M020200 (Language of instruction: English) International Relations”, the series and number of the diploma and diploma appendices in three languages JOOC-M No. 0177068.

He is fluent in Turkish, English, Kazakh, Russian.

Labor activity

The beginning of employment in 2016, a position in the Operational Department of the Bank “Altyn Bank” (attached is a letter of recommendation in two languages).

In 2017, the position of Assistant Professor. In 2018, a position in the Almaty Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (a letter of recommendation is attached).

Contract dated June 6, 2019: specialist of the Department of Culture and Language Development in the office of the Akim of Almaly district (attached characteristics, contract, information on social and pension contributions).

Position since 13.01.2021: Junior researcher in the Department of External Relations, Information and Scientific Cluster of the Ch.Ch. Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology.
