In 2014, the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan presented a fundamentally new project for the integration of Science and education. A serious opening of educational programs was held on September 8, 2014. The first magistracy for 13 specialties consisted of 96 people. First 48 doctoral students of the Institute program started training on 18 specialties. Training on the program NII will be conducted by the leading educational institutions. Among them are 12 academicians and students-correspondents of NAN RK, 54 doctors of science, professors and 26 candidates of science, PhD, associate professor. In 2016-2020, training was conducted within 10 NIS for state educational grants: 146 people with a doctorate, 374 people with a master’s degree.

The institute is one of the oldest and most prestigious academic scientific and Research Institutes of the country. The order of placement in doctoral studies within the framework of the state educational grant
In this 2021-2022 academic year, a number of innovations were envisaged for the post-doctoral program. An interesting example will be held in electronic format at the base of the Centers of testing, future doctoral students will write essays on topics that are relevant to the world.

The application for doctoral studies will begin on July 3 and will continue until August 3, 2021, with 4 to August 20.
Application for participation in comprehensive testing in the master’s program can be submitted from June 1 to July 15 at the site of the National Testing Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the time of application for CT, there were no certificates of IELTS, TOEFL, which should have passing points either: IELTS – 6.0; TOEFL– 543 (ITP), 60 (IBT), 498 (PBT).
Persons who possess one of these certificates have 50 points. According to the results of complex testing, the certificate will be issued in electronic form through the personal testing office.
Comprehensive testing of the master’s program will begin on July 20 and will continue until August 10. Additional examples and creative examples in Arabic language will be conducted in universities from 16 to 25 July this year. Duration of complex testing 3 hours 55 minutes.

1) application to the rector;
2) Medical spray form No. 086-U with fluorography;
3) Certificate of TOEFL, IELTS in foreign language;
4) copy of identification (3 pcs.);
5) a personal list for teaching personnel (original)and notarized copy of the document, supporting labor experience not less than 912 months);
6) issue of payment of pension payments for the period of time, paid in quality of work experience (only for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who follow the state educational order);
