From June 27 to July 1, at the congress organized by the Kyrgyz National University named after Zhusup Balasagyn and the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Chokan Valikhanov – the rector of the Kyrgyz National University, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Tolobek Abylovich Abdrakhmanov officially awarded the Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences RK, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Ziyabek Ermukhanovich Kabuldinov, the title of Honorary Professor of the Kyrgyz National University named after Zhusup Balasagyn.
