In  November 23, 2023 in the conference hall of the Institute of Literature and Art held an extended session of pre-defense for the degree of Doctor PhD K.M. Murzakhodzhayev in the specialty 6D020300 – “History” on the topic “Cultural and educational activities of Jadids in Kazakhstan (late XIX – early XX centuries.). The extended scientific meeting was attended by researchers of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch.Ch. Valikhanov (Mukhatova O.Kh., Sadvokasova Z.T., Kurmanalina N.N., Ualtaeva A.S., Orazov R.E., Sauyrkan E., Nurmanova A., Toraigyrov E.M., Zhunisova B.N. and others). Also took part official reviewers, from the Institute of History and Ethnology –  Shashayev A.K. and from the

Department of History of Kazakhstan, Faculty of History KazNU named after Al-Farabi –  Abikenova G.E., domestic consultant of the doctoral student – Tulibayeva Zh.M. and a representative from the University of KazNPU named after Abay – Nurman Sh.T. Through the platform ZOOM connected the head of the department of postgraduate education of KazNU – Kudaibergenova R.E. and other participants, who interested in the topic. Deputy Director Tleubaev Sh.B. and Head of the Department of Historical Demography and Assembly of the peoples of Kazakhstan Apendiev T.A. acted as moderators.

The participants of the meeting unanimously accepted the research work of the applicant K.M. Murzakhodzhayev and recommended for further defense, wishing him success and good luck.
