Z.E. KABULDINOV WAS HONORED WITH A STATUETTE IN THE ‘DRUG MUZEYA’ CATEGORY BY THE POLISH MUSEUM


On November 28, 2023, a ceremony took place at the Museum of the Memory of Siberia in the city of Bialystok, Poland, to present this prestigious statuette. This noteworthy event, which has become a tradition over the past five years, was dedicated to outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of museum affairs and scientific cooperation.

Among the laureates of this category was Professor Ziyabek Ermukhanovich Kabuldinov, the Director of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Sh.Sh. Ualikhanov. He was recognized for his outstanding achievements in promoting a deeper understanding of the history of the Poles people deported to Kazakhstan. Professor Kabuldinov, as the co-chairman of the Kazakh-Polish Historical Commission, played a crucial role in expanding and deepening the development of fruitful cooperation aimed at strengthening friendly and scientific ties between Kazakhstan and Poland in recent years.
