Biography

She was born on February 7, 1989 in Bakanas village, Balkhash district, Almaty region. In 2004, she graduated from high school there. Since 2004, he has been living in Almaty.

Education: higher

2004-2008 – RSE «Almaty College of Decorative and Applied Arts named after Oral Tansykbaeva». Specialty: artistic weaving.

2010-2012 – T.K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, Faculty of History. Specialty: graphic design (diploma with honors).

2018-2020 – Master’s Degree of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Specialty: archeology and ethnology.

Academic degree: In 2020, she defended her master ‘s thesis on: «Kazakh ethnography in photographic materials of the second half of the XIX – early XX century». Scientific consultant – Ph.D. A.K. Shashaev, completed a scientific internship under the Master’s degree program at St. Petersburg State University, St. Petersburg of the Russian Federation.

Scientific interests: the direction of scientific work is connected with the systematization of photographic materials that provide valuable information about the traditional ethnography of the Kazakhs of the second half of the XIX – early XX century.

She was a performer in scientific projects «Kazakh (ethnographic) monuments», «Educational activities of public organizations of Kazakhstan in the first quarter of the twentieth century».
